Education

If an education purchase isn't what you expected, request a refund within 7 days of purchase and we'll make it right, provided you haven't completed the majority of the material.

Memberships

You can cancel a membership anytime from your billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the current paid period.

Free offers

The introductory education is free — nothing to refund.

Use the contact page or your account's support option and include your order details. We aim to respond within a few business days.
